•Validates inspection reports submitted by Floor Supervisors and takes necessary actions in line with the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
•Monitors tenant compliance to leasing contract together with the Floor Supervisors (floor area, merchandise variety and display, housekeeping, etc.) on a regular basis through inspections, meetings/ consultations and customer feedbacks.
