Monitoring of the process variables and systems on DCS systems and other HMIS, adjusting the process or system as per the operation request.

Overriding, bypassing, forcing and isolating the instruments and systems in field or control room.

Checking of the Logic diagrams related with ESD and Fire&Gas systems.

Involving in preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance and commissioning activities.

Permissive checking and sequence checking of the machineries or the total plant for the safe startup and shutdown activities.

Assisting the vendors for the replacements of gas turbine units (GG) and other machineries.

Effectively communicating with other maintenance departments such as electrical and mechanical to find out the system problems, isolation and de-isolation of the power supplies and machineries.

Preparing and keeping the reports of calibration, daily maintenance, plant production and reporting to the Supervisor/KOC foreman/senior foreman/engineer.
