*******(Ran) JU

Cell: 604-***-**** *********@*****.***

Dear Hiring Manager,

My name is ******* (Ran) Ju. I have 22 years of working experience in the logistics and transportation industry. I’ve spent 3.5 years in Vancouver as Deputy General Manager for a Chinese grain trading company named ‘COFCO’(www.cofco.com). During that time, I was the chief manager in charge of the procurement and logistics operations. COFCO Canada exports major Canadian grain products into China 500,000-1,500,000 metric tons annually for almost 30 years.

Before that I’ve spent 18 years working in COFCO headquarter. I had managed to lead the operation team to accomplish 10 million tons of bulk wheat imported into China within limited period, handled post trade processing and resolve trade settlement issues. Played a key role in the historical Chinese wheat export operation which in total reached about 6 million tons in hundreds of shipments. I’m also familiar with the Canadian grain exporting systems and the trade patterns and marketing resources.

I’m currently a stay-at-home dad taking care of my kids and ready to work again. My experiences and knowledges in the logistics/transportation are universal and can easily be fit into similar fields here in Canada.

Please find enclosed my resume and feel free to contact me to discuss my qualifications further. Thank you very much for your time.

Best regards,

******* Ju
