Future state map was designed and now the lead time was reduced to 13.15 days from 17.17 days

Forecasting model for Demand and Sales was developed using exponential smoothing method and trends were drawn to determine the future demand by comparing past Demand and sales.

Determined algorithm for forecasting daily Allocation of resources and Mean Absolute Deviation between actual and forecasted values was founded where the variation is within 4 limit

Reducing Transaction Time in CVS by applying Six Sigma

Applied DMAIC phases in CVS pharmacy. Through Cause and Effect diagram, Survey Analysis, Kano Model and KPIV/KPOV table we found that there is an increase in length of the queue at higher demand periods which increases the processing time of customer. QR code, SMED and 5s is used to reduce waiting time.
