AREAS OF EXPERTISE

HR:

Handling the entire recruitment cycle starting from collection of Manpower requisition to joining of employee.

Sourcing qualified resumes from consulting firms, job portals, personal references, walk-Inn’s.

Maintaining the entire documentation of HR Department.

Coordinate with the Regional Office regarding documentation for joining at site, and other all ( Regarding transfer, travelling expenses’ etc) matter.

Maintaining leave & attendance of plant & H.O. employees daily basis.

Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.

Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.

Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.

Planning human resource requirements in consultation with the heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews of candidates.

Conducting training procedure In-house and in coordination with outside agencies.

ADMINISTRATION:

House Keeping and Pursue constant up gradation in house keeping standards.

Maintaining the store of office stationary.

Ensuring awareness of all fire and safety regulations among housekeeping staff & Periodic practice of fire safety drill to all employees.

Managing the tour and travel needs of officials and employees.

Managing the logistics for conducting meetings, trainings, official get together and other large events.

Arranging for safe & accurate delivery of official couriers and postage.

Sending birthday wish mail to employees of different sites.

Handling office stationary store and maintaining record.
