multimedia files. Reassembly to reconstruct the full stream to the remote user, which

enhances the quality of watching video online without buffering. Provided a generalize d

framework for computing the amount of resources needed to support multiple services,

without missing the deadline for any service.

World Development Analytics

This project is to analyze some of the interesting factors that helps understand basic

standards of development on global scale to manifest development, growth and improved

standard of living. G oal is to present interactive visual presentation and trends that can

predict or analyze factors that affect development of the region.

This project being a part of software project management course.

The objective of this program is to learn about system calls, creating an interface between

the operating system and the user. Create a command-interpreter that will accept a few dos-

like commands but execute in the UNIX style.

The bounded-buffer problem using the producer and consumer processes

When a producer or a consumer is accessing the buffer, all other producers and consumers

are blocked to achieve mutual exclusion. Two binary semaphores can be used, one for

blocking producers and other for consumers, so that one producer and one consumer can

have access to the buffer at the same time In this way, our program would be more efficient

A Java RMI Chat System.

Created a simple chat program using two users. One user will be chatting from the server

side, whilst the other user would be chatting from the client side of the RMI application.

Content Based Image Retrieval

Process of retrieving desired images from a large collection on the basis of features (such

as color, texture and shape) that can be automatically extracted from the images

themselves, with the task of the search algorithm being to find the result images which are

similar to the query image based on computing the similarities of the extracted features

unlike in the case of keyword based databases.
