As the Business Office Manager I work directly with the
Executive Director overseeing the daily operations of the
business. I Process all the account payables and
receivables, deposits, payroll, collections, maintain
budgets, and employee relations and files. I assist in the
signing of new resident contracts and maintain the resident
contracts and files. I am the Human Resources Manager for
the community. I coordinate and conduct new employee
orientations, pre-employment screenings, health benefits,
and employee information. I assist and support the
department managers with their entire employee/ human
resource needs and assist the staff employees with their
needs and concerns.

Assistant Managers. I am responsible for the hiring,
training and developing, and discipline of all associates.
I ensure that all company policies and procedures are
in compliance at all times, both in the front end and in
the pharmacy. I work with budgets, P&L statements,
scheduling and payroll, deposits, variances and cash, enter
payables and work with outside vendors to ensure proper
merchandise is brought into the location as needed. I also
work with the Pharmacists to ensure exceptional customer
service is given throughout the entire store. I was Team
Captain of the cosmetic reset team for the district, and I
am the District Ambassador Co-leader for the CCC committee.

As Manager of Ilion Donuts, Herkimer Donuts, and Jenna
Donuts/DBA Dunkin Donuts, I make sure that the restaurants
are above all Dunkin Brands Standards, and company
standards. I have to be ready for inspections form Dunkin
Brands, The Department of Health, State, and Corporate. I
am responsible for the hiring/termination, training,
development, promoting, and scheduling of employees, and
other Human Resource duties. I am involved in the
community with local events that help support the business
and recognition for Dunkin Donuts of Ilion. I work as a
team with my staff, and other managers in our network when
needed. I aim at having a clean, friendly restaurant, with

As Manager, I had all responsibility of running the
business, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Human
Resources, hiring/termination, training, development, and
scheduling of Fitness Technicians, payroll, all of the
daily operating duties, facilitate Weight-Loss Management
classes, made all final decisions within the club. I was
the spokes person for the facility and at local events,
Participated in the 2005 Business Expo promoting Curves. I
worked the field, developing corporate accounts with local
businesses and Curves. I recruited new members and
promoted good health and fitness.

Store Manager performing all daily operating duties that
are required to keep the store in regulation with company

Supervisors interview and hire all new associates within
the location, scheduling and payroll, deposits, variances
and cash. Enter payables and work with outside vendors to
ensure proper merchandise is brought into the location as
needed, headed the one hour film developing center. I also
handled the resolution of complaints and the assurance that
the customers are completely satisfied. I was volunteered
to be Team Leader of the conversion team from my district
when Rite Aid bought out the K&B Pharmacies in New Orleans
I spent three weeks in New Orleans as team captain during
the conversion.

As the Receptionist, I received and maintained all incoming
calls, operating a six line switchboard, performing various
job duties for the Accounting Department, working with both
Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. Such as,
invoicing, cash receipts, expense accounts, proof reading
balance sheets, and the invoicing of purchase orders along
with other various tasks.

August 1996 Little Falls, NY
Held various positions, from a Receptionist Associate to a
Loan Associate in the Installment Loan and Commercial Loan
departments. I operated the
switchboard and handled all collateral insurance on
Installment, Commercial, Mortgage and Home Equity Loans.
Created and maintained the Installment and Commercial Loan
collateral files. I was responsible for the completion of
Verification of Deposits, and for the completion of Payoffs
of Installment and Commercial Loan accounts. Performed all
the filings of Discharges of Mortgages and Uniform
Commercial Code filings/terminations.
