I am a seasoned bi-lingual professional with over 20 years of administrative experience, and over 14 years of support to VP and C-level management. In a previous role, I provided support to the Regulatory Affairs department, where I assisted in revisions to advertising and promotional materials, as a promotion. I have the proven ability coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, generate reports and documents, create and maintain accurate spreadsheets, also to handle confidential matters with maturity, tact and diplomacy. I am highly computer proficient and well versed with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite products, along with Lotus Notes as well as Outlook. Managed and oversaw the billing of our Supplier's marketing expenses, according to each Supplier's agreement.

Worked with various Department Heads to resolve billing/invoice inquiries, problems, etc.
