•Screening over 400 interferon-stimulated genes to identify and characterize novel cellular proteins involved in the HIV life cycle.

•Development a novel entry/uncoating assay for HIV-1 that is based on the direct translation of a viral genomic RNA mimic bearing a luciferase reporter.
