Responsible for project specific oversight, including working closely
with the planning engineer, estimators and designated
client representatives during preconstruction. Further
responsibilities include the management and coordination of
various project activities and components, including
contract administration, cost control, scheduling, material
control and procurement as well as staffing. Total
responsibility for the activities of estimating, design,
sales, troubleshooting, service and installation of HVAC
systems/components and in the drafting and design of
sophisticated high temperature piping systems, hanger
design and application, planning, scheduling and the
purchase and expediting of materials. Was project manager
for many projects at Gillette Power house including
installation of reverse osmosis piping system, complete
winbox, instrumentation and breeching expansion joint
replacements purchase and replace four 16" chrome content
high pressure down comer valves and overseeing all aspects
of installation of boiler #3 at the powerhouse. This
involved new intake structure at seawater level and running
fiberglass wrap jointed piping below parking lot for
cooling purposes.
Selected by company owner to manage Beacon Piping's largest
project to date, Distrigas' (HPEP) High Pressure Expansion
Project which converts liquid to gas and employed over one
hundred pipefitters from across the country for a period of
roughly two years.

Field Engineer/Supervisor
Responsibilities included estimating, design, service and
installation of highway drainage piping and water balancing
system for float out and setting of highway modules at the
"casting basin" portion of the Central Artery project. This
required purchasing of all temporary and permanent sump
pumps to allow float out and setting of concrete highway
modules running and set underwater at Fort Point Channel
tying in cut and cover highway running below channel
surface, boring under artificially frozen ground at MBTA
tracks and tying into cut and cover sections converting
tunnel to above ground status. Responsibilities also
included piping and control of buoyancy tanks and pumping
as well as claims and changes to the original contract
scope of work.

Responsibilities included estimating, design, and
management of various Low Nox conversion projects for
Boston Edison, Boston, MA and Orange & Rockland Utilities,
NY. Assisted with Edison tall stack installation and
boiler skin steel purchase, interpretation, and
installation. Managed piping coordination of systems in
racks at the Milford Cogen Power Plant and installation of
gas turbines at MWRA, Deer Island facility.
