My name is Corwin Thompson and I am an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, with

experience in matters regarding real estate interests. I have been handling matters of real estate

ownership, probate and estates, and oil and gas leasing since 2010, with a specialization in performing

certified title abstracting/examination services in Eastern Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia

in the last four years. I have previously worked on due diligence projects, leasehold title projects,

drillsite/full abstract projects for both large corporate and small private clients, as well as private matters

regarding title insurance, real estate partition, probate and quiet title proceedings. While working on

those projects, I not only reliably and accurately completed title examination within the scope of the

project, but also assisted in supervising, reviewing and training other less experienced attorneys and title

examiners. Further, I have acted in managing and coordinating projects including submission of

completed files, certification of submitted abstracts, and communication with clients regarding project

progress. The rapid pace of the Energy sector of the economy offered me significant opportunities to
