AQUA - Newport, Kentucky 2015-2016
$8.8 Million
This 253 unit luxury Apartment building is comprised of five stories of metal framing on a three
story concrete parking garage. We Pre-manufactured all exterior and load bearing wall panels off
site and delivered them. I made sure all panels were built to plan and compressed to make sure
studs and track are tight for no movement when load starts. Stacking panels on the truck for the
right seekweens to install in the field. We installed the panels by two tower cranes.
Communication, safety, and seekweens of panels were very important to keep the two cranes in
their areas. After walls were set we installed metal floor joists, and roof trusses. The sub floor
was out of new project structo crete by USG and then gypcrete. I also had the drywall, insulation,
and ACT package.
