Manpower planning and deployment for respective shift.

To maintain Zero accident in Shop Floor.
Training & guide the manpower about WSQC, WIS, JH, TPM, S&C etc.
Responsible for improving work culture, & motivating the associates by various suggestion scheme.
To ensure quick response and corrective action to any problem related to Man, Material, Machine, and Method.
Analysis and monitoring Internal/External customer complaint, in-house rejection/reworked items with corrective and preventive action.
Handling the activities related to Cost Saving, Process Quality Improvements, Productivity Improvement and 5S Improvement.
Responsible for meeting customer requirement delivery date by meeting dispatch commitment with PPC Deptt.
Giving the basic training to the new associates about the Machine and Process.
Daily checking the work as per WSQC.
Verify JH Check Sheet, Pokayoke Check Sheet and Record the Defective Product.
Reduce the in house rejection through Kaizen Implementation.
Responsibility of preparing Document like Bekido Rate Chart, skill Matrix Chart, Line Efficiency Chart, Operator Efficiency, Daily Production, Down Time Chart.
To ensure discipline and 5’S on shop floor & to implement Kaizen.
