Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide you a proposal for the VIP Event at Decatur’s Smokin BBQ Festival planned for October 6/7/8 2017.

As sponsors are the backbone of the event, I agree that you have an opportunity and obligation to make certain that they feel appreciated and involved. A special event for them could be appropriate.

Since we have yet to determine the actual scope of work, this is very broad cost estimate.

Proposal

Events Plus will be the planner and onsite coordinator of the VIP Event to be held in conjunction with the Decatur’s Smokin BBQ Festival. Venue and overall vision of event to be determined.

Planning and Organization $1250

Includes

Overall concept

Development of Budget

Recruitment of committee to assist

Development of timeline

Procurement of supplies for the event

Onsite and operational hours $65 per hour/$35 per hour for additional staffing as needed

Events Plus would also be a sponsor for $500.

Events Plus also has décor items it could provide at no charge. (Based on the overall look desired)
