-Troubleshoot with Cisco Managed Service for AP, WLC, CNR, CAR (ministry of interior) issues.

-Coordinate with Proptima as Proptima fetched CDR’s from Aptilo daily.

-Troubleshoot with Netcool and STCWIFI NOC Team.
