I also assist in supervising the Certified Nursing Assistants, I co-lead education in-services along with the Director of Staff Development at the facility. One was to become certified as a "Kid Friendly" ER, which I was in the process of completing. The third was to go through all of the ER's Policies and Procedures so that they all had the required references and so that they were all uploaded into the computer. 3/4 of that task was completed.
