I am a Career Administrative Associate/Receptionist and HR Recruiter Coordinator from Houston Tx that is currently looking for a new home with extensive experience with a very diverse industry background. I have 20 plus years of experience in different role as a HR Recruiter Coordinator/Receptionist “Corporate, Executive, Information, HR Receptionist and HR Associate” and performed other duties while in this role. In this role, I have excellent phone etiquette, answered over 10 to 15 lines, over 200 plus extensions, scheduled conference calls, scheduled conference rooms, travel arrangements, luncheons, walk in customers, self motivated with the ability to analyze a problem, formulate solutions, accomplishing tasks efficiently and effectively and seek out additional tasks such as filing, data entry and completed special projects assist co-workers or on my own. As an HR Receptionist I also pull resumes from company website, database, screen applicants, scheduled employment testing for new employees and prepared orientation packets just to name a few. I feel that my office skills would be an asset to your company.
