Renegotiated client’s executive compensation package with previous employer to include profit sharing, resulting in $100K+ in additional compensation for following year.

Successfully defended client against injunction sought by prior employer involving post-employment restrictions and provided strategic legal advice that enabled client to pursue start up of new business that has generated $1M+ in revenue in less than a year.
