Engaged by highly compensated former Katten client to navigate him through several thorny disputes with his previous employer. Subsequently retained to guide legal aspects of client’s start up company providing tutoring to high-net-worth clients in the New York City area.

Renegotiated client’s executive compensation package with previous employer to include profit sharing, resulting in $100K+ in additional compensation for following year.

Successfully defended client against injunction sought by prior employer involving post-employment restrictions and provided strategic legal advice that enabled client to pursue start up of new business that has generated $1M+ in revenue in less than a year.
