I have managed various personnel for over 14 years. My experience cross both military and
civilian personnel in all aspects of training, coaching, mentoring, and data analysis utilized to
identify improvements and create business efficiencies. I have experience in Lean Six Sigma
and most recently completed the Process Improvement Fundamentals at Baptist Hospital. I have
experience in reporting to Senior Level Management as well as keeping current workforce
abreast of current situations. The reports that I was responsible for were to identify areas in need

Conduct weekly reports to identify areas for improvement, either through improving efficiencies or
reducing monetary losses.
