Jessica Robles worked for me at Famous Footwear for 10 years as an Assistant Store Manager and then as a Store Manager.
She was one of very few Assistant Managers promoted into a high volume store because of her understanding of the business
and her maturity to be able to step in and handle a higher volume store.
She is a very detailed person and was my top manager in understanding and executing store operations. I used her in
numerous capacities to help train new managers or retrain current managers; step in and get stores back on track that
struggled operationally and also in presenting issues at our District Meetings.
She was a leader in the District and a person a lot of other, even more experienced Store Managers, called when they needed
help or an answer to a question. She was also a great sales driver and finished consistently in sales not only at the top of the
District or Region but also the company. She hired and trained numerous others that were promoted to manager within the
District and she was always the first one to step up and volunteer when a project needed to be done at another store.
Jessica is a very quick learner, very adaptable and very willing to step up to a challenge. I would highly recommend her to
