I would transcribe all data into the computer in order for recipients to receive federal benefits.

I was responsible for day to day operations I interviewed claimants, to ascertain their needs and and resolves all problems to completion.

I handled the following issues Social Security check, Medicare, Medicare Payments, Social Security Overpayments/Underpayments. Contacting Employers regarding wages, and took Representative Payee applications and adjudicated these to completions.
