Completed turnaround of Wixom Facility in less than a two year timeframe, then assumed the responsibility of two additional locatons, with full P&L responsibility.

Total workforce in 2015 included 91 Salary Team Members, with 405 Hourly Associates.

Implemented a plant wide 5S program and a small tote delivery system to free up 23,000 sq ft. for new business.

Launched three new customer programs, and vertically integrated two new processes from outside venders, over a 14 month period.
