RESPONSIBILITY

Witnessing the WQT.

Witnessing the Coating PQT.

Inspect the all site activities

Prepare the Quality reports and records

Motivate the contractors for better quality job.

Conduct the Quality tool box talk.

Maintain the Site activities as per client specification

Previous Project Details

Previously worked with M/s. Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited as a QA/QC Engineer from Feb. 2015 to till now. Previous project was PRP KG BASIN Pipeline Project. Line size of 24"&18", API 5L Gr.X80 & X70 of (10.3, 11.7&15.9) mm wall thickness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring Welding activities, NDT, Mechanical Testing, Material Inspection and related documentation.

Witness Welder Qualification tests in association with the client. Conducting Weld Audit periodically to ensure the quality of the welding activity, Maintaining records of all welders and ensures their qualification continuity. Continuously monitoring the performance of the welders.

Carrying out the welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification.

Carryout/execute Inspection/Tests.

To provide advice in the field of failure analysis.

Monitoring of welding consumables storage, handling, and holding requirement

Inspecting and checking of preheating and interpass temperature taking corrective action.

Checking of heat (pre heat, interpass temp. &post heat) in Welding

Surveillance of pipeline activity for cross-country pipeline.

Inspection & report making of different incoming material according to QAP, standard specification& Clint specification.

Preparation of Daily progress report

Prepare and achieve weekly and monthly production target. Co-ordinate with safety internal audit and periodically fill-up check list of safety Inspection of all Machining products accordance with Drawing

Handle various types of measuring Instrument related to fab & machining

Preparation of action plan and schedule and monitoring all the activities according to it.

Keeping control over production activities.

Co-ordination with site supervisor

Taking updates and conducting review meetings of project progress.

Minimization of rejection by analysis & problem solving techniques.

Monitoring of departmental quality objective as the team leader.

Co-ordination with project managing comity Third party inspection agency..

Checking for wrapping coating.

Involve in different activity in field joint coating (Checking humidity, Sand blasting, dry film thickness, Check wet film thickness, preheat Temperature, visual inspection of pipe coating,Pill Test,& check coating thickness)
