Feasibility study was done across 6 portfolios including Wal-Mart. 752 specific credit rejection case examples were studied to determine how process could be delivered in the most cost efficient and risk efficient process. I worked with Fraud and Risk departments to help deliver a cohesive recommendation based on nonbanked population and those at risk. Focus group was in place for 18 months and included interface with associates, store managers, district manager and regional vice-presidents in making suggestions for online debit card with minimum credit score and opportunity to repair credit and the prepaid debit card with no minimum credit score based.
