Client: Church and Dwight, PA
Project Manager responsible for the detailed engineering and design, equipment procurement,
scheduling, construction management, process and packaging installation management, start-up and
commissioning for a multi-million dollar Cat Litter Production Line. Also authored and executed Line
Qualification and Acceptance Documents (IQ, OQ, PQ and LATs);
Provided engineering and project management for multi-line liquid laundry detergent plant
relocation and warehouse consolidation. Responsibilities included equipment upgrade management,
OEM scheduling & coordination, equipment re-design & re-installation, fast-track start-up, equipment
& line qualifications, and daily communication with plant management.
Procurement Manager
Procurement Manager for new automated manufacturing systems and contractor construction
services in excess of $20MM (New Albany, OH and Mt. Crawford, VA).

Managed Lines 1 & 2 case conveyor rebuilds (Rexnord roller upgrade), replacing conveyor
internals while strengthening the existing conveyor body at a fraction of the cost of new conveyor.
Managed OEM and contractor activities, and communicated daily with project team, plant
management, and PMO.
Managed Line 2 labeler upgrades and bottle conveyor re-layout; two end-of-life BW/Trine
Labelers were replaced with two new B&H Labelers. Responsible for engineering and project
management, including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) development and execution, OEM/Contractor
management/coordination, schedule management, and daily communications with project team, plant
management, and PMO.
Client: GlaxoSmithKline, PA
Engineering and validation for the installation, commissioning and qualification of a vaccine vial
packaging line. All testing was in accordance with GMP practice.
Client: Nestle Waters (Allentown, PA)
Commissioning and Start-up Project Manager for a new water filling / packaging line;
responsibilities included: line controls / integration, scheduling, OEM and contractor management,
managing daily meetings with start-up and client project teams.
Client: Pepsi Bottling Group, FL
Site Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the construction, mechanical and electrical
installation, and start-up of a blowmold line in PBGs bottling plant in Jacksonville, FL, including
enforcement of design specifications, financial accountability, change-order management, schedule
management, OEM/Vendor coordination, periodic/routine reviews with client PMO, daily
communications with plant management, and start-up management of utilities, process and controls.

Site Project Manager for new product conversion on a filling / packaging line in Latham, NY.
Equipment scope included: filler, labeler, case packer, and palletizer. Responsibilities included
contractor management, customer interface, and installation / start-up management.

Relocated two injection lines from Jackson, MS to Newark, OH to support Smuckers Crisco Oil
business; annual production 60.1MM units (Smuckers Preform Project);
Relocated SBO16 blowmold line from Dallas, TX to Orlando, FL; upgraded line to run 19,200 bph
