As the senior systems administrator, I currently manage a team of twelve system administrators supporting 24/7operations, maintaining and upgrading UAS/UAV Operations Center. My primary responsibility is to oversee Predator/Reapers UASOCS in an operational ready state and assist teams with solutions to real-time issues for computer and communications. I assist customers and lead other systems administrators to define, document, and integrate required computer intelligence capabilities to enhance Predator/Reaper missions. I also provide oversight of Tier I/II functions of monthly systems security patches to remain compliant with local military communication squadron’s Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI). This includes scheduled preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs) that consists of equipment inventory and basic equipment maintenance such as: Removing dust with static free vacuum, wiping down monitors, disk clean up, or applying security patches.
As a systems administrator I am responsible for hardware, software and troubleshooting of Windows systems and Linux Red Hat. This includes monitoring Unclassified and Classified systems internal/external voice communications; VoIP, NSTS phone system, and video dissemination as well as other systems. I mange daily and ongoing issues using Microsoft Service Manager 2012 to track all issues. My expertise is working with different type of fiber connections (LC, MTRJ, SC, ST), CAT5, and CAT6 cabling for installing or troubleshooting any connectivity issues.
I assisted with troubleshooting and replacing bad fiber cable to keep network operational. I helped to install additional fiber cable as a secondary line for quick response for any primary fiber issues. I respond to customer service problems that result from virus infections as well as power and network outages; Configured a work centers VMware to better benefit customers and their needs. I aided 3rd party administrators with troubleshooting a server that hosts a SQL Microsoft database that is accessed by users worldwide. I directly communicate with customers on a daily basis face to face or telephone to help resolve new and existing issues. I have written new and reviewed technical instructions of various systems on different networks to help with training and assist with troubleshooting.

As Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) of the Client Support Technician office (CST), I advised senior leadership on the characteristics, capabilities and data support potential of the unit's data processing equipment. I also identified, responded to and resolved various Information Technology (IT) queries from both internal and external customers totaling over 10K users on two different Air Force Installations.
I implemented and coordinated activities designed to protect and restore IT systems, services and capabilities. As the units sole Client Support Administrator and personnel customer service representative, I provided both computer and administrative support to over 600 military and civilian personnel. My duties included technical support, troubleshooting and performing both minor and preventive maintenance on unit computer systems.
As the office records custodian I was responsible for maintaining all personnel records, filing both electronic and hard copy documents in accordance with privacy act regulations. All files were categorized using Air Force Records Information Management System.

As an additional duty, I acted as the unit Agency Program Coordinator (APC) as well as the Organization Defense Travel Authority (ODTA) for the defense travel program as well as the government travel card program. I handled all queries and issues regarding government travel and assisted with filing vouchers for all temporary duties and deployment arrangements. I served as the focal point for all members required to depart the installation for official travel. As the primary customer service representative, I ensured all network accounts either remained active or temporarily suspended throughout the duration of offsite duty.
