Previously Paul served as Project Manager for several Canadian and US based projects based on Managed Services, T&E and FP contracts for the Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit
(UGBU) for 5 years. The projects included the deployment of the Billing and Collection
(CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), and Network Management Systems (NMS) products.

Team Identified old processes that could be replaced with new functionality and pointed out business process changes. 2nd Phase was to create interface between P6 and OPPM
(Project Portfolio Management tool).
Managed team which configured and deployed OPPM for management of Ideas, Proposals and Projects for Molina. Team led several configuration workshops to define and clarify requirements for OPPM implementation.

Managed implementation team that designed and configured Instantis ET for Johnson and Johnson IT (SaaS). Included deployment of inbound and outbound interfaces as well as assisting with data migration. Goal was to sunset another PPM product and reduce complexity and variability in project management and project reporting across the enterprise. Also, supported the Upgrade to 8.7 and 15.2 for the Johnson and Johnson Supply Chain and IT divisions already in production with Instantis. Recently finished the implementation of a 6th initiative (business unit) for HECOR, a division of JnJ IT. Continue to support Johnson and Johnson as they upgrade to latest ET version, 16.1. JnJ has the largest user base among Oracle Instantis ET customers (approx. 9000).

Managed a multi-pronged engagement to provide Advanced P6 training and to perform a Functional Assessment of the current use of P6 for Southern. The end result was a Functional Assessment Report with recommendations for improving the use of P6 specific to Southern Companyʼs deployment which lead to greater P6 efficiency and a P6 upgrade.

Served as the PM for the Tech Assessment of a P6 instance which was experiencing performance issues which GCS was having difficulty trouble shooting. Tech Assessment report created with recommendations highlighted. This lead to extending the project to implement certain P6 recommendations, including but not limited to data integrity, confirming Citrix settings, and changes to database settings. PDIT (Oracle)

Managed an Internal project to deploy ET in three initiatives – one for Internal Services and one for Cloud Services (SaaS). The addition of third initiative in PDIT – Oracle Managed Cloud Services (OMCS) was completed in spring of 2016. Goal was to easily report across portfolios and programs, maintain and status projects from a single instance, and reduce number of project tools to one. Successfully managed the implementation of v15.2 Instantis ET (SaaS) for Lixil Corporation. Goal is to have all of projects follow standard methodology such as DMAIC or Six Sigma. All requirement deliverables (tools) should be submitted and stored at the exit of each phase. Also, there was a need to reduce resource time it takes to create project reports. Implementation required international travel for the team. Currently, Lixil is exploring adding additional business units to expand the user base to 2000. Tronox Corporation

Managed the successful deployment of v15.1 ET (SaaS) Multiple locations around the globe with HQ in Connecticut. Greatest challenge was training due to lack of budget. Tronox could not afford to fly in participants from South Africa, Europe and Australia. Therefore, we worked closely with the Tronox team to devise the Training plan which accounted for multiple sessions across several time zones utilizing Web and Tele conferencing capabilities.
