Salesperson/Quality Assurance
I was a salesperson making phone calls to individuals, speaking to future and current customers regarding our most
recent vacation packages, with this knowledge and after multiple months in the call center I was moved to Quality
Assurance Inspector for the company. When the sales department makes a sale, I listen to the recorded conversation to
verify all bullet points were hit and that we did not promise items that are not included in the different vacation packages.
My notes and comments on the sales calls aid in training and better customer retention.

Appointment Setter/Relay Automobile Information
I was hired as a telemarketer to make approximately 100 outbound phone calls per day with a small amount of
transcribing to document the conversation with the potential vehicle owners. During the month that I worked there,
because of a large backlog of calls that had not been transcribed, I was only given the opportunity to make a handful of
outbound calls but did complete several hundred transcriptions. Two of the phone calls were to the main office and were
used as training calls. Those training calls were very productive and I enjoyed the opportunity and I was told I did them
very well.

Suervisor of Call Center
I was hired as a telemarketer, setting appointments for an air conditioning company. Approximately ten (10) months after
starting, I was promoted to the call center supervisor and supervised six other telemarketers. Our outbound calls were
strictly cold-calling. While a good number of the calls were challenging, we were able to set several appointments per
day.

I was hired as a sales representative. My primary responsibility was to make outbound
calls and after the appointment was set, I would meet with the client face to face. This
position was business to retail consumers (Homeowners) and business to business clients. Customers came to us to
discuss their options in making their building more aesthetically pleasing. After meeting with the client, I would design the
exterior and interior of buildings using Auto-Cad as I am an Auto-Cad Operator. After final customer approval, we would
transfer the Design to Styrofoam that been given a hard coat with cementitious material.
