Provides business and operational support to pastoral staff, church council, and church membership. Manages administrative and janitorial staffs. Manages finances and manages expense budget of $500,000, property and office. Oversees human resources including personnel policies, procedures, employee performance and new hires.

Maintains and enhances the organization's human resource by recruiting, hiring, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
