After the Consultancy contract expired the firm offered a full time position.

SalesForce SME, Business Process Automation SME.

Crafted plans to address collaboration issues between Business Units within the SFDC team and operational teams across the company.

Based on gathered knowledge about business, business processes and company ecosystem, prepared recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions and investments in automation tools and resources related to SalesForce.com.

Own the Data Quality efforts. Set up process of identifying and flagging duplicated records, mass data manipulation and improving data integrity.

Set up weekly reporting and communication cadence designed to deliver optimal management visibility into health of SFDC instance and operational load.

Work closely with the BU operations managers to create ongoing enhancements.

Hired to manage one of biggest projects of cleaning up a 7 year old SFDC instance. During the project term was assigned to a few smaller projects of creating new processes in SFDC.

Analyze entire SFDC instance to identify process gaps and data inconsistency. Documented all the issues and proposed solutions. Managed the project execution.

Studied existing business process, conducted interviews to identify the pain points and requirements. Documented the existing process and proposed solutions. Prepared proposed solutions in the sandbox environments for presentation to the stakeholders. After sign-off, managed the execution of the project.
