Description: Study and Analysis of all the joints. This joint has a wide deposit of welding in the grooves. This has enormous amount of wave load, high deposit. To overcome this, we have taken effort to reduce the weld deposit by changing edge preparation style and also to calculate and provide deviation as well as flexibility to the welder during welding. Finally Inspect the welded area using NDT methods.
