Financial Management

Responsible for management of the project budget, including controlling change orders and certification of progress payment per job completion with in job scope limits. Managing the project to ensure the client receive full value for their money with in design built project, and renovation project.

Client stakeholder:

Liaising effectively with the client and key internal and external stakeholder, ensuring that they are fully involved during the design development, construction, contractors, DOB, handover and post project review stages, including signing off. Act as a liaison between brokerage community and development team, and sourcing new business.

Communication / Scheduling:

Development of a communication plan for all projects, ensuring in the particulars for the client, internal and external stakeholder is kept fully up to date on progress and impacts of the project on a regular basis and throughout the project. Update and create resolution for, contract, and blueprint request.

Build and Update overall project schedule monthly, weekly for complete project within contract duration, take actions to maintain or improve project schedule; reviews for three week look head schedule for client/ stakeholder on a bi- weekly basis.

Risk management:

Management of risk throughout all project including drawing up and maintaining a project risk register workshops, as appropriate.

Day to day project task include collating and analyzing real estate data to determine feasibility development and procurement of strategy.

Cost planning and control measurement and pricing of bill of quantities preparation of tender and contract documents interim valuations, cost reports, project management.

Onsite Management:

Onsite Controlling Responsibilities, Contractors meeting, Project OSHA safety check, Schedule updates and distribution, Project Punch-list revisions and distributions, Preparation distribution and controlling of submittals, RFI's, & Change orders, Establish project floor layouts with sub-contractors, conduct owners final walk.

Manage and monitor project closeout procedures including as built, punch lists, and warranty walk through inspections.

Monitor, maintain, and document job site safety conditions, safety inspection, and storm water pollution protection plan files under OSHA & standards complying with all local building codes and regulations.

Assist Superintendent with daily scheduling, and updates on overall project scheduling. Track and close violations, incidents throughout project.
