PriorityWorkforce

Anaheim, CA

2/9/2016 to 12/29/2016 – Staffing Agency

Sales Administrative Assistant

PriorityWorkforce is a temp to perm staffing agency. My role started out as the personal sales assistant to the COO of the company. As time progressed, I became the assistant to the additional 7 Senior Sales Associates and 6 Branch Managers. My role then also progressed as the acting interim Office Manager for the Corporate Office as well as the other 6 office locations. I prepared daily proposals for the sales associates to present to potential clients. These were very detailed proposals. Once the company stated using Salesforce system, I was completely in charge of the proposals, responsible for correct verbiage, consistency and maintenance of regulations prior to being sent to the client through DocuSign system. I had heavy phone contact with both clients and vendors. Prepared weekly sales reports for the COO to discuss during the monthly sales meetings. It was my responsibility to organize these meetings, from documents to be discussed, notes taken, files kept and all meals needed during the meetings. I stated working in the Irvine office, we merged that office with our Corporate office in July. I was responsible for the entire transition from packing, having items moved, closing accounts, transferring new accounts, etc. The COO spent the majority of her time between the 7 office locations, so I was working alone most of the time. I am able to be given a project and see it to completion with little or no supervision. But a great team player as well. I often assisted the Maintenance Specialty Department as well as the Accounting Department.
