Introduced world class systems in Landmark Hospitality which included introduction of complete SCM SOP and its implementation, launch of E-auction for major Capex and opex spend, total circuit inventories < 60 DOS, service level at 99% on time with a backup plan for 1% potential gaps but within budgeted cost by keeping prices under control, perpetual inventory count in the warehouses.

? Cost reduction of USD 1 Million achieved in Landmark Hospitality thru strategic usage of Ariba.

? Instrumental in performing CAPEX procurement for setting up one of the biggest old pulp mill section in the world at BILT- Project cost USD 150 MN.

? Managed in country procurement and Imports /CHA Operations for 7 factories including one factory in Malaysia for 40% imports valuing USD 100 MN. / year for opex input apart from managing in country sourcing and Capex at BILT.

? Diligently performed strategic global sourcing in a scenario of receding demand of Colour Picture Tubes at Samtel when unique global suppliers started winding up their operations.
