MetLife was able to track the customers’ quotes, issue the policy online & even send policy documents online.

GPAY-PCTS : PCTS is the MetLife’s mainframe Pension closeout tracking system where employee’s basic information and payment details for their Annuity products is getting tracked

GPAY is the repetitive Annuity payout system where annuitants are paid thru this system for their annuity products.
