Secretarial Assistance to Managing Director:
Create, coordinate, and maintain calendar(s), schedule appointments.
Professional Telephone manners
Schedule International business travel including Visa arrangements, Travel itinerary, Ticketing, Hotel booking and organizing business meetings.
Taking dictations and drafting correspondence.
Close follow up & coordination on tasks allot to Senior Managers and giving timely feedback to General Manager.
Maintaining database both incoming & outgoing correspondence and timely retrieval of documents as an when required.
Creating, updating and maintaining database of supplier’s and contractors.
