Thomas A. Ryles, Jr. has 40+ years of experience working in the Information Technology, Management, Finance and Sales industries.

In his earlier years he was Assistant Manager with one of the leading Consumer Finance Companies. He was responsible for the overall operations of generating loans and monitoring collection activities.

Thomas years in Information Technology included application programming, systems development, and extensive work in performance monitoring and tuning on IBM Mainframe computers using SDLC methodologies. His first 10 years were spent in the Banking/Financing industries until the mass mergers in Banks. At that point he changed information processing to the Health Care Industries for approximately 30 years. Thomas has been in Real Estate Sales for 12 years with his last 4 years being full time focusing being a Real Estate Agent. He took and passed the Broker’s Exam in 2008 and is functioning as an Associate Broker. He has earned several high-level designations while practicing real estate: ABR, AHWD, CDPE, CIAS, CRS, GRI, SFR, and WHC in assisting clients in selling and buying residential real estate. He is a member of an extensive list of professional organizations including National and Maryland Associations of Realtors. In 2008, Live Baltimore honored Thomas as the Preferred Real Estate Professional (PREP) of the Year. Thomas is also a Commissioned Notary Public since 2006. He is currently self- studying to become a Licensed Title Producer to perform as a Signing Agent. Designed and coded application system required for creating SAS files with data extracted from the Healthcare Cost Report Information System (HCRIS) database and various other files along with supporting documentation.
