CAREER OBJECTIVE:-

To use my potential towards the achievement of mid-level assignments in the areas of Maintenance and troubleshooting of Electrical control system devices. And I had 4 years experience in submarine onboard object for installation, Maintenance, STW and trials of control system devices in the submarine.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:-

Qualified in B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) with an aggregate of 62.3% during the year 2008-2011 from JNTU University, Kakinada.

Qualified in Diploma (Electrical) with an aggregate of 64.4% during the year 2005-20008 from State Board of Technical Education, Hyderabad.

S.S.C during 2000-2001 from Board of Secondary Education, Hyderabad.

INDUSTRIAL EXPERTISE:-

Worked as an Graduate engineer Trainee in M/s. Power control at Vizag port trust, Visakhapatnam in Electrical Maintenance dept since 15-07-2011 to 05-09-2012.

Worked as an Electrical QC Inspector of INSM Sindhukirti in M/s. WOT (Warship Overseeing Team) at Hindustan shipyard Limited, Visakhapatnam since 15-11-2012 to 30-11-2014.

Working as a Specialist in platform Trials Team for control systems at M/s. Ship Building Centre (SBC), Visakhapatnam since 05-11-2014 to still working.

WORK EXPERIENCE IN SBC(V):

a)Working as an Specialist in SBC(V) at PTT Department in control section. Visited onboard INS Arihant and assisted in DI/DR of various defects on control system devices like LCS, SMCS, DMS, CCCS and GSSCS.

b)Designed and prepared of Universal Test jig for checking of power supply modules like AP35T, MЦ1Б, and MЦ31Б etc in PTT department.

c)Streamlined and mustered various modules of LCS, SMCS, DMS, CCCS and GSSCS systems after serviceability checks.

d)Identifying areas of breakdowns and guidance to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.

e)Liasioning with R’OEM specialist and AIMS for defect rectification of various modules.

f)Coordinated with external agencies for issue and transfer of various spares.

g)Carried out detailed analysis of circuit diagrams of various primary and secondary system starters, Main motor Generator and Reserve propulsion motor.

h)Various defects of control system devices has been observed and resolved during the service of SBC (V) are mentioned below with system wise.

i)LCS :

(I)Carried out preventive maintenance routines of system components like central control panels, peripheral control devices, power supply devices and junction boxes.

(II)Carried out DI/DR of frequent failure of MVR6 module burning issue in LCS1 right panel. Involved in modification of БП-2 switch in LCS1 panel has been changed. To be install the protective circuits inside of the DBFC-3 switch Board.

(III)Carried out DI/DR of input indication of LCS associated devices are glowing off in LCS1 panel. DI/DR was carried out and problem resolved.

(IV)Carried out DI/DR of Reserve propulsion motor digital RPM1 & 2 showed erratic value.

Defect rectification is in progress.

(V)Carried out MTK test and visually inspect the line diagram and breaker indications in LCS1 panel.

j)SMCS :

(I)Carried out DI/DR of vertical rudder sluggish movement from STBD side to PORT side. By spillage of hydraulic oil from SMCS22-1 device air removed. Trails taken system working sat problem resolved.

(II)Carried out DI/DR of angle transducer (SMCS-4) due to poor maintenance of device showing erratic value in main panel. Routines carried out problem resolved.

(III)Carried out DI/DR of Aft plane adjustment while diving to surface movement taking more time. Post adjustment on the pump plane working SAT.

(g) DMS:

(I) Carried out calibration of SMCS10 (0-300) and SMCS10-1(0-600) sensors has been calibrated in SIG dept site-A.

(II) Carried out DI/DR of processor modules and relay modules.

(h)CCCS :

(I)Carried out preventive maintenance of all power supply devices which are feeding to the other associated devices.

(II)Carried out DI/DR of CCS5-1 device transformer humming sound. Normal maintenance carried out system working SAT.

(i)GSSCS :

(I)Carried out DI/DR of Electrical line test of ECS2-1 and ECS2-3 devices are not getting cleared from the main panel. DI/DR carried out and problem resolved.

(II)Carried out pressure test for snort mast indication is not available in navigation panel. DI/DR was carried out and problem resolved.

WORK EXPERIENCE IN HSL:-

(a)Entry level inspection of yard material/equipment as per design standards/specifications.

(b)Evaluation of test reports/protocols for pre installation of equipment.

(c)Inspection of As- fitted cables, minor and major equipment and checking of their preservation and turning status of for future exploitation

(d)Periodical monitoring of installation, checking and matching results with original spec drawings to avoid deviation of schedule.

(e)Planning of effective preventive maintenance schedules of Electrical and Electronic Equipment to increase life expectancy and equipment reliability.

(f)Carry out quality control checks of parameters laid down in documents/drawings and remedial measures to avoid rejection.

(g)Carrying out equipment inspection with the help of optical instruments with respect to vessel reference lines/axis.
