I began my culinary career in 2000, when I start working for Prime Steak house in one of the most exclusive restaurant in Peru. I spent 4 yr on this Premier establishment growing with experience and motivation in the culinary industry.

Throughout my career I had the pleasure of experiencing many genres of food services from and back of the house, such as business dining, catering companies, high end country clubs and private universities and other education market.
