Translator/Interpreter for several industry fields.
Fast-paced, flexibility and critical thinking for problem solving
associated to a sound knowledge of the tasks related to the position. I

. Management of Board's complex executive calendars.
. Organization/logistics of international travels for multiple
destinies, including passport and visa, acquisition of best
itineraries for the proposed travel, hotel reservation (TMS tools)
and purchase of foreign currencies.
. Organization of on-site/off-site meetings, lunches and events for
top level target audience.
. Reception and accompaniment of government and airport officers.
. Participation in meetings and concalls for information management.
. Interaction with all departments of the company in order to align
and plan Board's needs.

. Active participation in internal and external audits (FDA) to
maintain and/or submit new register of products to be marketed in the
American market.
. Import of used lab equipment from a Belgium facility to Brazil,
generating significant savings to the company in addition to
upgrading the laboratory facility.
. Translation to English of Analytical Methods, Specifications, SOP's
and contracts aiming at submitting product register to FDA.
. Organization of the Board Meeting with working lunch, coffee-break
and all needed resources in the meeting room.
. Transference of expatriates and their families from their native
countries to Brazil, providing all necessary support related to their
moving, integration and adaptation to the new environment and
culture, which includes documents, housing, furniture, cars, school
for the kids and all logistics associated to the transfers.
. Payment of all bills related to the office such as water, electric,
as well as purchase of stationary, pantry and janitorial supplies.
. Hiring of electrical/plumbing maintenance service providers.
. Screening of calls and problem solving based upon knowledge of
corporation core business.
. Hiring of electric and plumbing maintenance service providers.
. Coordination of drivers and servers.
