Functions as a consultant and business advisor to multiple companies and organizations in various industrial and commercial environments. Charged with the responsibilities of directing, planning, organizing and the control of the manufacturing and operational activities of two separate facilities in Houston Texas and Kennesaw Georgia. Significantly reduced total inventory dollars by 17% from approximately $24.9M to $20.5M by implementing and using synchronous materials management and supply chain concepts.

Raised the manufacturing and operations efficiencies and performances in the Houston facility to a higher level of excellence resulting in 100% on-time delivery and ship dates consistently over a five year period generating additional revenues and increased market penetration.

Led the corporation with the lowest OSHA recordable incidents in the corporation over a three-year period through training, hands on management and leading by example of the safety program.
