Private sector Automotive spare parts Company producing Passenger cars and Heavy Trucks High quality "Head Lights and Car Bodies". I was managing and controlling (185) employees in two separate factories, including the following processes: headlight glass lens manufacturing line, plastic injection unit including 6 molding machines, mold making CNC department, 2 electrostatic painting lines, deep drawing with 8 presses up to 250 ton, headlights assembly lines, and sheet metal processing unit including hydraulic presses up to 2500 tons.

1.Approve planning and scheduling production activities to ensure maximum productivity.

2. Ensure maintenance of cost effective and high standard of production is maintained to meet production volume on time.

Handling the whole supply chain cycle starting from the order placement and financing, till CKD shipping from China to Alex and order on time delivery to GM then payment collection. Project Value exceeded 10 Million LE.

3.Suzuki Egypt Project Manager for the new model Foton Microbus.

4.Open new overseas markets in Italy, Germany and other countries which develop the exporting sales and standards.

5.Succeed with AMC team to increase the productivity, sales and therefore OEE.
