To coordinate, supervise and deploy Credit Control activities to mitigate customer credit risk and to ensure the collection of outstanding debt from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Evaluate customers’ credit worthiness through financial indicators obtained through their financial statements and providing reports to senior management to help them in price setting and granting credit.

Managing receivables around PKR 250M, Setting KPIs for the collection coordinators and analysing their monthly performances.

Preparing quarterly sale trend for historical comparison over the years and forecasting sale and revenue.

Process reengineering in operations and receivables to improve cash conversion cycle resulting in reduced finance cost.

Monitoring customer account reconciliations and analysing bad debts provisions
