EXPERIENCE

CONSTRUCTION Project MANAGER:

1-Loutus Company

-Prepare construction schedules, build pro templates, and monitor on a weekly basis for accuracy and timeliness.

-Provide weekly reports of progress, subcontractors meeting, agency contacts, problem resolution, safety meeting, SWPPP management and all other reports efficient project management and control.

-Coordinate and cooperate with Director of customer service to establish and promote a total quality management program and zero defect closing

-Coordinate improvement plans with the Civil Engineer from tentative map stage through final map approval. The same coordination with the landscape Architect, Soil Engineer, vendor and subcontractors to ensure adequate resources are available to conduct and complete the given project.

-Perform on-site inspection of the various trade partner’s work to insure that the level of quality is being complied with. Also perform site inspections for final acceptance by the company.

-Prepare and distribute plans for bids purposes out all aspects or land development

-Work with the Governmental Agencies in obtaining subdivision acceptance and coordinating the required corrective work to obtain final acceptance and bond release.

-Develop land cost budgets in conjunction with civil, soil, landscape and joint Trench Consultants. Develop and maintain computer database.

- Manage projects and sales activity in ERP/CRM system, netsuite, fulfillment, invoicing, and case management.

- Provide backup support for the commercial contact center .

- Conduct on-site customer education training, manage and build customer relationships through face to face, phone and email interaction.
