PROJECT DETA I LS :-

Project Title :- Design of Lid mechanism of a missile chamber.

Company :- DRDL

Description :

- The aim of the project was to ensure that the lid of missile opens with in 0.5sec before

t he missile is sent through that lid. Generally i t was very difficult to open that lid such

quickly so by using a motor of :

VOLTAGE: 14 VOLTAGE, TORQUE: 2N-M, CURRENT :3AMP, SPEED:100RPM

E FFICIENCY OF MOTOR: +-10%.

By using this motor we opened up the lid in 0.5sec, but again to stop the lid without

coming back to i ts position we used a lock to attach the lid at an angle of 135.
