Screw machine operator, CNC Mazak, CNC Mill, Tapping machine. Setting up and operating machine drilling bolt pattern and threading. Milling some parts to tolerance of 1/16 editing program for various location.

Occupational Experience:

Government Property Inspector: Inspect parts for defects. Inspect OD and ID threads and length 4.050 measure face of part 3/22. If part is defected, able to find root cause of problem and make adjustment and document.

Screw Machine: Setup machine by putting drilling reamer and counter bore in machine. Change out collect for various sizes. Adjust cutoff, add shine to various sizes and load tubing.

Computer Control Machine: Tool operated with metal, add program for various parts. Loaded material and machine start 1” of material to start material to make different size clip.

CNC Mazak: Setup change out collects, roll thread and boring tool to add .010 to offset to run first part.

Mic parts bring down to pin size and thread check no go thread gauges and check for feeler.

Production Helper.. Coating parts for thread and body coating by using phosphate.

Running Overhead Crane: Loading and unloading incoming freight and receiving stock, inpecting parts for defects.
