Drilling Optimization Engineer – Canadian Oil and Gas, Drilling Department • Create the analysis of new conceptual well design and facilitate the introduction of new ideas as well as generate new cost estimates for multi-lateral horizontal drilling medium to high radius, extended reach horizontals. • Review daily drilling reports in OpenWells. • Create and maintain/update General Drilling Program for the project’s life. • Maintain daily communication with operations personnel, services companies to ensure that the project goals are met. • Review drilling reports for concerns and opportunities; upon completion ensure the required outcome was obtained and corrective actions implemented where necessary – maintain and update Learning Database. • NPT analysis specific to the project / pad / well. • Generate final well reports and future recommendations for the new wells.

Jan 2003 – Dec 2005 Zueitina Oil Company (former Occidental) Drilling Supervisor – Libya, Drilling, Completions and Workover Department Company Representative, Field Supervisor for drilling, completions, and workover operations • Drilling – 12,000ft, vertical and directional, sidetracked cased wells – whipstock system ending in “S” profile, horizontal drilling medium radius, high H2S content. • Completion – single and dual completion, oil/gas production and gas/water injector wells, artificial lift (gas lift and ESP). • Workover – 10,000ft, well stimulation, casing remedial, cementing remedial, reduce GOR, re-complete as single/dual producer, single/multiple formations. • Created and implemented the Emergency Response Plan – Procedures Manual, for Drilling Department level (short period spent in Tripoli office).

Feb 2000 – Jan 2003 Rompetrol Group BV Drilling Project Engineer – Baghdad, Iraq Ensure that the technical aspects of the company's drilling activities are optimized to provide cost-effective, quality well profiles that are drilled within the company's safety and environmental guidelines. As a consultant for New Venture Exploration, Middle East Division for Drilling operations, I was continuously focused to identify and evaluate drilling project opportunities in Jordan, Syria, and Iraq (under UN – MOU Oil for Food Programme). Reported to Vice President, Exploration and Production select projects that might present interest for the company based on efficiency calculation and strategy in the region. Key responsibilities: • Acted as a link, between headquarter and local authorities issuing all official documents. • Liaised with government organizations to obtain required documentation on commercial and technical tenders/ applications/ decisions, geological profiles, bottom hole pressure surveys, drilling and bit histories from offset wells. • Ensured that the technical aspects of assigned drilling projects are well designed and planned. Nov 1997 – Jan 2000 Baker Hughes INTEQ GmbH www.bakerhughes.com Directional Driller and MWD Operator Performed directional drilling operations in safe, environmental and cost efficient manner, on various East Europe onshore locations – Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Hungary. Reported to German headquarter, Directional Drilling Coordinator. • Operated Baker Hughes directional drilling tools and bits, measure while drilling systems MWD, mud motors, and related equipment. • Interacted with project manager in regards to bore path planning, from the design stage through to the completion stage of the given project. • Responsible for crewmembers under direct supervision in regards to timelines, appearance, conduct, training and all safety issues related to the equipment and operations. • Prepared all necessary paperwork including but not limited to well logs, billing, field notes, and end of well reports. • Drilling analysis, bit, BHA, and MWD system performances as well as other factors affecting well cost and efficiency.
