Trolley Driver
The Cincinnati Trolley Company has two 32 passenger trolley busses which operate in the greater Cincinnati area. As a part time driver, I have driven guests to and from weddings, bachelorette parties, Cincinnati Reds games. During ingress and egress, I always assist the guests at the door, especially the bridesmaids with long dresses and high heels. I am familiar with the entire Cincinnati area due to my 31 years experience on the Cincinnati Police Department.

In my current position, I instruct young engineers and other employees of General Electric Aviation in Evendale, Ohio. My class involves the disassembly, operation and reassembly of the CF34 turbofan engine. Students from 27 countries have attended the class in the past six years. Working "hands-on" with the engine enhances their knowledge of the engines and how the parts work together.

Small engine mechanic
As a small engine mechanic, I troubleshoot, disassemble, repair and reassemble outdoor power equipment including but not limited to lawn mowers, chain saws, trimmers, blowers, tillers, pressure washers and shredders. Customer service is an important aspect of my position. I always greet the customer, ask questions to completely understand the problem, provide an estimated date of completion and ascertain contact information.
