* Systems Support/SME: Oversee and manage POS (Micros/Oracle) and
Management Information/IT Systems for Food & Beverage and Retail
operations for Atlanta Airport branch, along with regional mall
locations. Provided internal consulting by functioning as a trainer,
mentor, and champion for the use of the Micros POS system & IT related
aspects to make business more consistent, more competitive, and
profitable. Support and respond to software and hardware malfunction
and escalate issues as needed by identifying, researching, and
providing resolution to software/hardware related issues through
branch visits and remotely via email and telephone contact. Managed
the day-to-day POS support functions of the branch (<60 combined units
/ <200 workstations). Regional support the day-to-day IT functions.
