Presently working as an Administrator since 08th September - 2014 in Al-Munaf Corporation II – Karachi, sister company of Al-Munaf Corporation –Karachi, one of the leading exporters of garments in Pakistan

Function and Main Duties:

Handle more than 500 workers’ / employees’ and maintain comprehensive

Headcount record and personal files’ of all factory staff, at the same time to solve / rectify all administrative problems’ of factory staff.

Prepare monthly salary and over-time for all employees’ and will be forwarded to accounts’ department for disbursement.

Maintain employees’ monthly leave record, at the end of the year, if any

Employees’ have leave balance, inform to accounts department to pay leave

balance amount to concern employee.

Process paper of New-Hire and terminated / resigned employees’.

Handle special projects and produce confidential reports which are assigned by Director and senior management of the factory.

At the time of shipment arrange loader’s to load container and co-ordinate with

other related departments’ up to finalization.

Manage staff canteen and arrange monthly menu, frequently and random visit to

Canteen check quality of food and material, if any-thing wrong in canteen advise

Immediately to contractor solve this problem.

Function and Main Duties:

Prepare yearly operating plan of In –Flight Services Division and plans headcount

Prepare Job Position Request for all cost centres of System In-Flight Services Division and forward to personnel planning for approval.

Prepare Capital / Headcount budget for System In-Flight Services Division in co-ordination with Senior Manager - I.F.S. Support & Administration.

Handle medical reimbursement claims for all staff of System In-Flight Services Division and follow-up pending cases with medical services.

Handle special projects and produce confidential reports which are assigned by senior management of In-Flight Services Division.
